There are multiple ways to recover your WiFi Password. Most cases your WiFi password is located on the label on your Wireless Router. It’s going to be typed in the section that says Network Key or Password. Here is an example:

Forget your WiFi Password?
If WISPWest.net programmed up the Wireless Router for you, the password could also be your phone number attached to the account with no spaces or dashes. I.e. if your phone number is

Recovering your WiFi Password
If you need to log into the router to recover or change the password, find your brand of wireless router on the list and follow the supplied directions: (links will not work if you have selected the wrong router)

- Netgear – 192.168.1.1
Login: admin
Password: password
Steps: Once logged into the wireless router, on the side bar there should be a ‘Wireless Settings’ button, go ahead and click on that. That should reload the main screen with your wireless settings. Towards the bottom of the main screen, you want to look for the field that has ‘Passphrase’, ‘Password’, or ‘Passcode’. What is in that field is your WiFi Password. To change your password, edit the text in that field and then click ‘Update’. Wait about 2 minutes for your router to update.
Note: You are going to have to ‘Forget’ your WiFi network on your devices and reconnect with the new password in order for the devices to reconnect correctly.
Password: password

Steps: Once logged in, look for the ‘Wireless’ tab at the top and select that. Your wireless password is going to be located where the WPA Preshared Key is towards the bottom. You will need to click the Show box to reveal what the password is. To change this, type a new password in and click the ‘Change’ button. Once the page reloads, you want to click the ‘Apply’ button at the top. Give the router a couple minutes to boot up.
Note: You are going to have to ‘Forget’ your WiFi network on your devices and reconnect with the new password in order for the devices to reconnect correctly.
Password: ubnt
Steps: Once logged in, look for the ‘Wireless’ tab at the top and select that. Your wireless password is going to be located where the WPA Preshared Key is towards the bottom. Password: none – Belkin ships it’s routers with no administrator password set.
Steps: Once logged into the wireless router, under the ‘Wireless’ section on the side, there should be a ‘Security’ link, click on that. You might need to enter the password again on the next screen. Once you have entered in the administrator password, you want to look for where it says ‘Pre-shared Key’. What is in that field is your WiFi password. To change your password, type a new password in the field and click ‘Apply Settings’. Wait about 2 minutes for the router to reboot.
Note: You are going to have to ‘Forget’ your WiFi network on your devices and reconnect with the new password in order for the devices to reconnect correctly.
Password: none – Belkin ships it’s routers with no administrator password set.

Password: password
